Refund policy

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Brandon Basics will offer refunds for products that are found defective within the warranty period (see below). If customers wish to return a product that is not defective (e.g. wrong size, color, etc), a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unmounted or used, and in its original packaging. In all cases, return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund.

WARRANTY
Brandon Basics offers a Limited Warranty for all Brandon Basics Towel Warmers that have been installed according to the supplied installation instructions and in compliance with regional electrical codes. The product is to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods from the date of sale:

  • 2 Years: Metal frame and non-electrical components
  • 1 Year: Electrical and electronic components

(Please see warranty exclusions below)

INSTALLATION REFUNDS
Brandon Basics is not responsible for installation or removal costs incurred by electricians or owners associated with returns or replacements for any reason. It is difficult to regulate costs since one person may do a DIY install, another may choose an electrician for $50/hr and another uses a $5,000 electrician for their $350k bathroom upgrade. We hope you understand our situation. We, as a small family business can't cover the wide range of costs that may be involved in refunding this type of service. Please purchase our products with this understanding to avoid costs that you do not want to incur.
