FOR PLUG-IN INSTALLATIONS

• Make sure the outlet is not a switched outlet which can be turn on/off by a wall switch.  
• Unplug the warmer and plug in another appliance to test that the outlet is working

FOR HARDWIRED INSTALLATIONS

• Check that the circuit panel has not tripped
• Turn on the "Bypass Switch" to test if the warmer heats (behind the warmer under one of the upper legs)

Please ensure the "Bypass Switch" is in the down position.  The switch is behind the warmer under one of the upper legs.
